Colors play a significant role in shaping our emotions and mood. In a 450-square-foot apartment in Parc Oasis, a young couple is surrounded by a calming and peaceful color palette that brings cheerfulness and homely warmth to their daily lives.

The living and dining rooms are bathed in a serene pale mustard yellow, creating a tranquil atmosphere. This soothing color is complemented by matte oak flooring and well-crafted furniture in cherry and walnut wood, infusing the living area with a sense of coziness, warmth, and subtle texture. To enhance the ambiance, two sets of pendant lights with light-diffusing effects are thoughtfully chosen, further radiating warmth throughout the space.

The original floorplan included a conventional kitchen that occupied a significant portion of the living area. By replacing a wall with a half-waist kitchen cabinet, the cooking-cum-dining space has been opened up, enabling the homeowners to engage with each other during light meal preparation.
